Examples of promotional abuse include registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns that minimise risk for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found to have engaged in promotional abuse are subject to suspension and permanent closure.

User Obligations

As a registered player on ktk1971, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm the integrity of the platform, other players, or any third party. The following obligations apply to all users at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ktk1971 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure without refund:

Fair Play

Before submitting a closure request, you should withdraw any real-money balance remaining in your BDT Wallet to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Voluntary account closure does not waive ktk1971's right to complete any pending identity verification or fraud investigation.

Closure or Suspension by ktk1971

ktk1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms, has provided false information, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or compliance with applicable standards. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and, if applicable, reported to relevant authorities.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the platform and all associated services ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your BDT Wallet at the time of termination for breach will be subject to review. Where termination is initiated by ktk1971 due to suspected fraud or a material breach of these Terms, balances may be forfeited pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is initiated by the player voluntarily and no breach is involved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ktk1971 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. ktk1971's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. ktk1971 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. Players in Bangladesh are encouraged to engage with the ktk1971 support team as a first step in any dispute, as the vast majority of issues are resolved at that level without the need for further escalation.
